Just to let anyone/everyone know that the placed the project on github. The code does have some small changes, but nothing big.

'Basic' stuff that still needs to be done:

• add callback event when the form isn't valid
• list the fieldnames that aren't valid so that the error message shows like 'following field are required: field A, field B, etc..'
• support more input types 
• there should be an option to show the error messages next to their input type.
